WHAT IS A ANGEL FEATHER BROW?
Our signature Semi-permanent makeup treatment for Microblading Eyebrows: Our "Angel Feather" technique is re-creating your brow stroke-by-stroke applying a feathered natural-looking hair stroke for 3D-like results: flawlessly symmetrical and filled-in. The eyebrow shape is customized specifically to your facial structure. This will last for up to two years.
WHAT HAPPENS DURING A MICROBLADING CONSULTATION?
Our consultations are worked into the Microblading procedure. Before booking your appointment, we suggest you contact us with your questions and concerns so that we can decide if you are a good Microblading candidate. Once we decide you are okay to follow through with your Microblading process, we will then ask you to send us a picture of your eyebrows without any makeup on them - this way we better know how to prepare you for your session.
WHAT HAPPENS DURING A MICROBLADING TREATMENT?
The technician will explain what Microblading is and explain everything on the consent form. We then ask you what you don’t like about your eyebrows and what you don’t like about them. Our next step is to create your eyebrow by hand, strand by strand. We call this step, brow mapping for perfect symmetry. Then a special blading tool is used to make small, hair-shaped scratches in the skin beneath the brow- this technique is also known as the art of Microblading. These cuts are then filled with top-of-the-line pharmaceutical pigments specifically customized and selected to match or darken your brow arches. The treatment takes about two hours, with enough time to pamper you every step of the way.
WHAT IS THE FINALIZED SESSION?
To perfect your brows, we recommend your touch-up is done between 4-7 weeks after the initial treatment, this step can be extremely important to ensure you achieve perfect results. We use this session to finalize your brow shape and color, and make any minor adjustments if needed.
How long does Microblading take?
For the first Microblading session, the entire procedure should take about 2 - 2.r hours. Before the session, you will fill out some medical and client consent forms to make sure you are the perfect microblading candidate. Once this happens the consultation will be worked into the procedure. The brow specialist will shape and style the client’s brows for client approval. We then follow up with pigment color selection. Once the client is satisfied with the choices, we begin the procedure.
The client is to come in for a follow up visit in order to have any minor necessary touch ups made. The second Microblading session takes place after 4-7 weeks after the initial session. This session will take approximately 1-1.5 hours to complete.
How long does Microblading take to heal?
The eyebrow area will be slightly red after the procedure and color will appear very dark. This is very common for the procedure and part of the healing process. The brows will go through different healing stages and will soften in color by up to 40-50%. In the following days, the brows will continue to be dark and you will notice slight scabbing and color shades, during the day to day. Do not pick at the scabs as this may damage the skin and the outcome of the microbladed area. The eyebrows will lighten up in color as it heals. No downtime is required after the microblading procedure. Your recovery will take approximately 7-14 days for the brows to heal over, and about 1 month for the color to fully set in. You'll notice the color is very light right after the two weeks after healing; the skin will have an opaque milky looking quality to it. This is known as the milk skin and is common in tattooing. This is due to the tissue still healing from the inside out even though the surface of the skin is healed. True color will reveal itself once healed.
Is the touch-up session necessary?
Yes! A touch up session after 4-7 weeks is necessary as everyone heals differently and outcome will vary. Certain areas may not pick up during first session and will need to be refilled. Pigment color may need to be adjusted, brow thickness and more strokes can be added. Less is more during the first session. Individuals with oily skin often require a deeper shade during the touch up session as the oils tend to lighten the pigment. Most importantly, your touch up session is when we refine your brows to ensure it looks perfect and retains the color for the whole year!
Can I get my microblading touch up session sooner than 4 weeks?
Do not allow any technician to re-open your skin until you are fully healed. Touch up sessions should not be done earlier than 4 weeks after initial microblading session as pigment color has not fully settled into the skin. Most importantly, this is to prevent scar damage as the tissue requires time to completely heal.
Is Microblading painful?
very good question. The pain level for the procedure is considered mild to none. Prior to the procedure your brow technician will apply a topical anesthetic to numb the area, and also reapplied during the procedure. Everyone responds differently to anesthetic; depending on the client, the feeling of the procedure has been described as light cat scratches to not feeling anything. Topical anesthetics used may contain lidocaine, prilocaine, benzocaine, tetracaine and epinephrine.
After the procedure, redness and slight swelling in the area is normal. Clients describe the area feeling similar to a light sunburn. Clients can take Tylenol but not aspirin or ibuprofen but it is not needed.
How long does it last?
Since microblading pigments are not implanted into the skin as deep as traditional tattoos, the area will naturally fade overtime. Microblading typically lasts 1-3 years, depending on skin type (normal, oily, dry), age (youthful/mature). Skincare routine will also affect the lasting effect of the pigment: patients who tan, uses products with AHA or Glycolic Acid will fade faster as your skin will resurface faster. Each individual's color retention within the skin will vary. To maintain the brows looking fresh, a color boost (touch up) is suggested every 12 months. Clients can let the microbladed area fade ( lighten) over time, but please note a slight shadow may remain.
WHAT IF I DONT LIVE IN ORLANDO, FL AND CANNOT RETURN FOR MY FINAL TOUCH-UP SESSION WITHIN TWO MONTHS, WILL THIS AFFECT MY RESULTS?
Many of our clients travel from all over and some do not have the flexibility to return within the two months for the finalized Session. We suggest to contact us before booking your appointment online so we can call you over a phone consultation and discuss how we can best assess your situation.

Risks and complications?
We take all proper precautions for a safe session by using sterilized equipment, new needles and in a sanitized environment. Should clients follow our pre and post care instructions, there should be minimal risks or complications. we have never had an issue in our 5+ years of microblading experience.
What if I do not like it?
As with all cosmetic procedures, individuals should not make their choices lightly. We always recommend clients do their research, understand the procedure and compare different artists' work and portfolio when making their decisions. It is very important you do not just look at their work. Please make sure that your specialist NOT technician, is more than a year experienced. Should i buy microblading off groupon? NO! Another way to prevent this is not to buy a groupon because it is cheap. Technicians starting off use groupon to buid their clientele. experienced microblading specialists will not allow you to get to that position. Remember, doing less is more. This allows your specialist to compare and allow you to sign off for when they are fully done. Every effort will be made to achieve an even appearance, but please realize our faces are never perfectly symmetrical. Uneven appearance can be fixed during the touch up session. Pigment discoloration and color correction can also be fixed during the the touch up session. Microbladed brows will eventually fade away if no additional touch ups are done.
SHOULD I DO MICROBLADING BEFORE OR AFTER BOTOX?
Before you get your botox, we need to enhance your eyebrows first!
Once we create the perfect symmetry for your eyebrows, then your doctor will be able to determine exactly where to place the Botox injections without reshaping the correct brow position. So make sure you microblade before botox and get your botox after microblading.
SHOULD I TINT MY EYEBROWS BEFORE MICROBLADING?
This is not needed. Your brows are already going to appear darker than usual right after the treatment.
SHOULD I COLOR MY HAIR BEFORE MICROBLADING?
Yes, this will help us match your brow to your hair color. It is always important to let your brow Specialist know your true original hair color, as this information is a key step to ensure that your brow best fits and matches your skin tone.
SHOULD I SHAPE MY BROWS BEFORE MICROBLADING?
If your brows aren’t cleaned up or maintenanced, then yes it is important that our technician can see how you normally wear your brows so that we can see what is missing and how to better create your dream brows.
